Sophia is a professional performer from England, trained in all disciplines of dance, singing and acting. Sophia attended the prestigious Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts school in London aged thirteen. Sophia then received early acceptance to the American musical and dramatic Academy College of the performing arts and began studying at AMDA aged seventeen, she later graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Music Theatre aged 20.

After graduating from Shockout Arts in 2022, she moved to Dubai to begin her first professional dance contract. Lauryn has performed at events like Mixtape and Rewind Festivals, and worked as a backup dancer for artists including Snap!, Niall Rodgers, and Heather Small. She has also choreographed for corporate gigs and performed in various production shows. In addition to dancing, Lauryn is a silver world medalist cheerleader and part of the first cheerleading gym in the UAE, performing at events like Expo and Sevens Stadium.
